Pediatrics Plus, a leader in pediatric therapy services across Arkansas, Texas, Missouri and Oklahoma, celebrated the grand opening of its newest Farm location in Elm Springs on Thursday, June 25, 2026.
Serving the Greater Springdale community, the campus is the organization's second Farm location in Northwest Arkansas, joining Rogers. The Elm Springs location expands access to specialized pediatric therapy services for even more children and families throughout the region while strengthening partnerships with local schools, healthcare providers and community organizations.
Based on successful Farm campuses in Bryant, Cabot, Conway, Rogers and Searcy, the Springdale location combines occupational therapy (OT), physical therapy (PT), speech-language therapy (ST) and applied behavior analysis (ABA) with outdoor, play-based experiences designed to help children conquer their world. The campus features a fully functional farmhouse, barn, chicken coop and greenhouse where children can participate in hands-on activities such as caring for animals, gardening, harvesting produce and exploring sensory-friendly outdoor spaces while building confidence, independence and transferable life skills.

To mark the occasion, Pediatrics Plus hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony, an open house and Special Needs Resource Fair featuring local organizations dedicated to supporting children and families. Community members had the opportunity to tour the campus, meet therapists and connect with nonprofit and community partners serving the region.
Elm Springs Mayor Harold Douthit spoke about a growing community that prioritizes children’s well-being and education.

Resource fair participants included Autism Involves Me (AIM), Down Syndrome Connection of Northwest Arkansas, Community Connections, Perspectability, Williams Syndrome Association, Arkansas Department of Human Services, Department of Developmental Disabilities and Total Medical.
