Meet our Directors:
Beth Garmon
Russellville Preschool Director
My name is Beth Garmon, and I am the Director at Russellville Pediatrics Plus. I graduated from Arkansas Tech with my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and taught in public schools for 8 years. I am from Russellville and have 4 beautiful children, I am a MiMi to a handsome grandson, and a poodle named John Wesley.
I began my journey with Pediatrics Plus as the Curriculum Coordinator. Almost a year later, I had the opportunity to step into a leadership role as the Director. This is a dream that I have had for many years; to lead teachers, build bonds with parents, and empower children for their future.
What I love about Pediatrics Plus is the relationships with all the people! Everyone here has the same goals and love for the children. I also have a love and special place in my heart for the children at PedsPlus. My desire is to empower and advocate for the children and their future.
A fun fact about me is that I used to be the Wildcat Mascot in High School and was on Channel 4 News many years ago.
Jillian Baugh
Russellville Therapy Director
My name is Jillian Baugh, and I am the therapy director at the Russellville Pediatrics Plus clinic. I received my bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in Communication Disorders. I have practiced as a speech-language pathologist for 22 years in the clinical, home, and public school settings working with children with a variety of disabilities. I am currently pursuing my clinical doctorate in speech-language pathology.
Pediatrics Plus has offered me the flexibility to progress in my professional career into a leadership role while working on my doctorate. I love the leadership, core values, and teamwork at all levels that Pediatrics Plus provides.
I live in Greers Ferry with my husband, four dogs, three cats, and six chickens. My hobbies include gardening, dog training, and anything in nature.
